Sea Bass Wishes and Roast Vege Dreams
Funny as it sounds…
We may have distanced ourselves from the better days gone by, but consider when the world moved at the speed a ship sailing toward the setting sun, if not for just one second but simply to think. Could it not be better that way… how it used to be, a time before the time we grew up in, a time our parents would tell us stories about?
We frequent the same theater to see the same shows time and time again, and for a date no less. So, here it is; what I am simply suggesting is that we have forgotten how to live under the guise of old fashioned things.
From social media to smart phones to iflix, there seems no limit to how much technology will eventually force us to forget the better things in life — old fashioned things.
I personally live with dreams and with these dreams as they guide me toward the end of my life, with every winding road in my journey implied, I try to relive the life my relatives speak to me off. So, I visit the food foundry to have the same dish at least once a month, and unlike the common rhetoric offering me nothing but river fish and dory… I have fresh sea bass caught by the coasts of Malaysia, and that makes me happy.
To live in this world requires courage, for as the people in all the world begin to sail me by, I begin to live my life in spells, with one cause for celebration coming at frequent but manageable breaks in the year. I am an island, and to that another another plate of Oven baked sea-bass with Mediterranean vegetables, please!
